It’s commendable that the college was started by upstanding community members who recognised the importance of education and took action to provide it to others. The community-driven initiatives, along with support from the Nagar Panchayat, were transferred to the Keshod Kelavani Mandal to address the specific needs and aspirations of the local population. The Keshod Kelavani Mandal likely plays a crucial role in managing and developing these educational initiatives to benefit the residents of Keshod and nearby villages. N.P. Arts and Commerce College Keshod was established in 1971 by Keshod Kelavani Mandal. As the oldest Grant-in-aid college in Keshod, located in Junagadh district, NPAC College likely has a rich history and tradition of serving its community by offering quality education. It’s common for such institutions to have a strong focus on academic excellence, student development, and community engagement. The trust has always been at the forefront for the provision of value-based education to all students irrespective of caste, creed, religion, etc.

The college is affiliated to Bhakta Kavi Narsinh Mehta University and offers Bachelor’s and Master’s Degree Programmes (B.A., M.A., B.Com. & M.Com.) in the fields of Economics, Sanskrit, Gujarati, Accounting and Computer Science. NPAC College plays a crucial role in ensuring accessibility to education for a broader range of students by offering courses in both Gujarati and English mediums. Alongside education, the college fosters social values through various activities such as DELL, SCOPE, NCC (Army Wing & Naval Wing), NSS, UDISHA, Innovation Club, Saptadhara, Job Placement Cell, Finishing School Training Program, Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav, India’s G20 Activities, Viksit Bharat@2047, Gujarat Gyan Guru Quiz (G3Q 2.0) and others.
