Navratri Celebration 2024-2025

The Navratri Dandiya celebration held on 5th October 2024 at Naklank Vadi Keshod was a vibrant and memorable event organized by the college cultural committee co-ordinated by Dr. Avani L. Saraiya under the Guidance of Principal Dr. S.K. Pambhar. The celebration began with a traditional Aarti, invoking blessings and setting a spiritual tone for the festivities. Our respected Principal delivered a brief address, highlighting the cultural importance of Navratri and encouraging students to embrace such traditions. The venue was beautifully decorated with colorful lights and festive décor, creating a lively and joyful ambiance. The main attraction was the Dandiya competition, with enthusiastic participation from students across departments. Participants danced to energetic Garba and Dandiya beats, competing in two categories: Best Dancer (well played) and Best Dressed (well dressed), with separate awards for boys and girls. Winners were chosen by a panel of judges based on rhythm, energy, and creativity, as well as traditional attire. Prizes and certificates were awarded to recognize their efforts and talent. The event concluded with a free dance session, where everyone joined in to celebrate the festive spirit. Overall, the Navratri Dandiya celebration at Naklank Vadi was a grand success, fostering cultural unity, joy, and active participation among the student community.

Contestants danced to the energetic tunes of Garba and Dandiya music, competing in two categories: Well Played (Dancer) and Well Dressed, with separate awards for male and female student participants.
