AgaKhan Training Program
Under the guidance of In-Charge Principal Dr. S. K. Pambhar, N. P. Arts and Commerce College, Keshod organized the AgaKhan Training Program from February 1 to February 15, 2025, as part of the UDISHA Project. The primary objective of this training program was to provide students with essential skill development training aimed at enhancing their overall growth and empowering them to become self-reliant in the modern era. The program covered a wide range of topics, including: Self-Development, English Improvement, Spoken English, Personality Development, Various Activities and Mock Interviews. The event was successfully conducted thanks to the dedicated efforts of UDISHA Coordinator Dr. R. H. Parmar, Computer Department Programmer Mr. J. M. Patel, and the entire college staff. Their hard work was highly appreciated by the principal. A total of 50 students actively participated in this 15-day training program with great enthusiasm.
Job Fair (Placement) 2021-2025
A Job Fair was organized at N. P. Arts and Commerce College, Keshod, under the Udisha Project on September 15, 2024. As part of the event, the State Bank of India (SBI), Keshod, conducted interviews to fill 20 Development Officer positions. The interview process was led by Mr. Mansukhbhai Mavatia, Development Officer at SBI Keshod. A total of 112 students participated in the interviews. Out of these, 12 students were successfully selected and received appointment letters for the position of Development Officer.
A Job Fair was held at N. P. Arts and Commerce College, Keshod, under the “UDISHA” Project on February 22, 2024. During the event, RadheShyam Marketing Traders and Mayur Traders, Keshod, conducted interviews for 10 positions, including Programming Officers and Branch Managers. A total of 66 students participated in the interview process. Among them, 03 students were successfully selected and received their appointment letters.
A Job Fair was organized on March 11, 2022, at N. P. Arts and Commerce College, Keshod, under the “UDISHA” Project. The event was held in collaboration with the Junagadh Employment Office, which invited various companies from Ahmedabad, Rajkot, and Junagadh to participate. Interviews were conducted for 35 different positions, and a total of 105 students from various departments took part in the recruitment process. Out of these, 25 students were successfully selected and received appointment letters for their respective positions.
TCS Training Program 2023-2024
An online TCS Training Program was conducted at N. P. Arts and Commerce College, Keshod, under the “UDISHA” Project, with the support of Gandhinagar, from March 23 to April 22, 2024. The month-long program saw the participation of approximately 55 students. The program was executed successfully thanks to the dedicated efforts of UDISHA Coordinator Dr. R. H. Parmar and the college staff, whose contributions played a vital role in its smooth implementation and overall success.
