Guru Purnima 2025-2026
Guru Purnima was celebrated on July 10, 2025, at N.P. Arts and Commerce College, Keshod. An elocution competition was held during the celebration. Winners received prizes to encourage their efforts. Many students and all the staff members took part in the event. Principal Dr. S.K. Pambhar and Coordinator Dr. J.K. Radadia praised and congratulated the winners. The program was a great success and helped students show their talents. The celebration created a joyful and respectful atmosphere for everyone. It was a day to honour teachers and remember their valuable role in shaping students’ futures.

N.P. Arts and Commerce College celebrated Teacher’s Day on 5 September 2024 with enthusiasm and respect for educators. As part of the celebration, 19 students took on the role of teachers, delivering lectures and conducting classroom activities. This initiative aimed to help students appreciate the responsibilities of teachers. The college principal Dr. S.K. Pambhar honoured the student-teachers by awarding them certificates of appreciation for their dedication and efforts. The event concluded with a heartfelt message from the principal, emphasizing the importance of teachers in shaping the future. The celebration was a memorable experience for all, fostering gratitude and admiration for the teaching profession.

The N. P. Arts and Commerce College, Keshod, celebrated Teacher’s Day on the 4th of September 2023 with great enthusiasm and reverence. The event was organized to honor the valuable contributions and unwavering dedication of the teaching faculty. A total of 27 participants attended the celebration. The highlight of the event was an inspiring speech delivered by Dr. K. R. Parmar, Principal of the college. In his address, Dr.K R.Parmar emphasized the vital role teachers play in shaping the future of the nation and urged students to always respect and value their educators. He also appreciated the efforts of the teaching staff for their commitment to academic excellence and student development. The celebration concluded with heartfelt tributes to teachers, followed by refreshments and a group photo session to commemorate the event.

Teacher’s Day was celebrated with great enthusiasm on 5 September 2022 at N. P. Arts and Commerce College, Keshod to honor and appreciate the valuable contributions of teachers. The event saw active participation from 26 students. The program began with a warm welcome speech and lighting of the lamp. The highlight of the event was an inspiring address by our respected Principal, Dr. K. R. Parmar, who spoke about the pivotal role teachers play in shaping the future of the nation. His words were both motivating and heartfelt, resonating with the audience. In a unique and engaging part of the celebration, student Bhargav Parvat took on the role of Principal for the day, symbolizing the trust and responsibility bestowed upon students by their mentors. Various activities, including speeches, performances, and games, were organized to make the occasion enjoyable and memorable. The celebration concluded with a vote of thanks and a small token of appreciation for the teachers.

N.P. Arts and Commerce College, Keshod celebrated Guru Purnima on 24th July 2021 with devotion and gratitude. The event was organized by the Cultural Committee to honour teachers and spiritual guides who play a vital role in shaping lives. The celebration began with a prayer and the traditional offering of flowers to honour Gurus. Students presented speeches, poems, and bhajans dedicated to their teachers, expressing respect and thankfulness. A short skit on the importance of the Guru in Indian culture was also performed. The principal addressed the gathering, highlighting the timeless value of the Guru-Shishya tradition and inspiring students to respect and learn from their teachers. Faculty members shared their thoughts and blessings with the students. The programme created a spiritual and respectful atmosphere and reminded everyone of the significance of learning and guidance. The event was held to honour Dr. Sarvepalli Radhakrishnan and to express gratitude towards teachers for their valuable contribution in shaping students’ lives. The celebration began with a prayer and welcome speech by the students. A floral tribute was paid to the portrait of Dr. Radhakrishnan. Students presented speeches, poems, and songs to express their love and respect for teachers. Some students also performed short skits and shared experiences about how teachers have guided them. The principal and senior faculty members addressed the gathering, appreciating the efforts of students and highlighting the importance of teachers in society. The programme concluded with a vote of thanks and national anthem. The event was joyful, respectful, and strengthened the bond between teachers and students.
